All talks will be video recorded and this may include the audience.  We may also employ a conference photographer to take photos of the event which may include the conference audience, attendees, volunteers, speakers, and organisers. These photos may be used for the promotion of future WordCamps and WordPress meetups.

We may also re-post, on this website and our social streams, photos and videos taken by other conference attendees, volunteers, speakers or organisers.

If you are a speaker and really don’t want your video or slides published (they may be part of a paid membership for example) then please let the organisers know before the end of the conference.
