Our venue for WordCamp Sydney 2018 is the Faculty of Engineering and IT Building (Building 11) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), right in the heart of the central business district (CBD) of Sydney.
It is located between Wattle and Jones Streets on Broadway, Ultimo.

Public entrance to the building is from Jones Street which is round the back from Broadway. We’ll make sure signs are in place to guide you along the way.

We highly recommend travelling to the venue using public transport as parking is generally a nightmare in Sydney.
Building 11 is only a 10 minute walk from Central Station train and bus terminal.
For those new to Sydney use the Trip Planner on Transport NSW Info site for bus, train, light rail and ferry times.
Sydney uses the Opal card (tap on and off) system for transport tickets. We highly recommend getting an Opal card if you are staying in Sydney for a few days as it makes getting around so much easier. Most newsagents and Coles and Woollworths supermarkets all sell and top-up Opal cards.
If you are determined to come by car then UTS has put together a PDF of all the nearby parking stations. Charges may apply and plan extra time to find a park.
