Adrian comes from an agency background, and has been heavily involved in dozens of WordPress deployments. In 2017, he moved client-side to join Private Media to focus on Crikey, which is Australia’s longest running (and best!) independent digital news source.
He is heavily process-driven, and uses different methodologies to improve production systems within the organization – both from a workflow perspective and at a tech stack level.
Major projects at Crikey have included migrating email delivery platforms and changing payment providers, while creating tailored solutions to match marketing and editorial requirements.
In his spare time Adrian works with the community group Permablitz Melbourne, which aims to convert people’s backyards into edible spaces.
He is also a passionate beekeeper, and will occasionally leave work early to catch a swarm.
