He has worked for and with Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Philip Morris International, and Samsung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He managed the operations of a contact center with 200+ people and the operations of two different software houses. He was also a part of the launch team that brought Uber to Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, for the past 2 years, he’s been a Happiness Engineer at Automattic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
