As a true advocate for the industry, Rosie not only guides VAs to deliver exceptional client services, but also works with business owners to show how they can benefit from using a VA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Affectionately known as \u2018The Awesome Mother Duck\u2019, Rosie has fast become the go-to chick in the virtual assistant industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rosie has mentored many new and experienced VAs in their business, and seen them overcome many hurdles to achieve amazing goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This inspired her to write \u201cVA VA Voom: How to become an amazing VA and every client\u2019s most Valued Asset\u201d which was published in May 2014 and has sold hundreds of copies to date. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since then she has also published \u2018Reaching for the Stars: a woman\u2019s guide to becoming a Stellar Virtual Assistant\u2018 and this year published a book for business owners called \u2018The Outsourcing Secret: A stress-free guide to growing your business\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has also launched her own VA podcast \u2018Outsourcing Mysteries Exposed \u2018. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
